Description:
This is a useful hands-on handbook, and while it can be used in a classroom or workshop situation, the objectives are clearly aimed at producing a written product. Like a writing manual, the guidelines are given with examples and underlying principles that will produce an individual product for each student or participant. Examples of grants and specific elements will lend themselves to the development of PowerPoint Slides that could be helpful in conducting a class or workshop (we used them in our workshops and in online classes). These materials can then be used in online classes for DNP or PhD students. As in previous editions, "real" exemplars from actual grant applications will be used to bring the material to life.
