Access and authentication models
R2 authenticates using your institution's IP address. Users associated with your IP can even access the application remotely. The administrative tool suite on the platform enables you to determine if you will support individual user names and passwords.

Rittenhouse knows how you work. The R2 administrative suite allows you to manage the collection development process, customize the application for your community, and monitor Counter 2.0 compliant usage statistics in real time using your own web browser.
